How are you, really?

I'm creating a space for women to come together, feel supported, and find what helps. I'm asking women how they actually are, and what they care about, to shape what it becomes.

Seven questions

There are no right answers here.

Write whatever comes to your mind, the way you'd say it to a friend at your kitchen table. No need to say it a certain way or tidy anything up.

Whatever you write comes straight to me and stays with me.

One As boring and detailed as you like.
Two Not the moment itself so much as the lead-up — what was piling up, and what you noticed in yourself before it tipped.
Three If you can't remember, tell me that instead — and when you think it might have been.
Four And if nothing comes to mind, what's that like?
Five Only as much as you want to. Even one line.
Six
Seven Be specific. What time would it start, where would you be, what would you be doing?

Completely optional. Leave it blank and I won't know it's you.

Thank you for being honest. It matters more than you know.

Thank you for telling me the truth.

I know it takes something to write that down, especially when you're tired.

I've got it. I'll be in touch soon.
